DESCRIPTION
Moraik
model CPF - 800 D double pump cementing with recirculating
mixer. High pressure twin pumping unit mounted on a skid
,trailer or truck used for cementing oil and gas well. Can
be operated manually or fully automatic with computerized
data to record all the jobs. Its main functions are as follow
1- To accomplish any cementing job for different size of
casings.
2- To mix, pump and squeeze acid for stimulation jobs.
3- To perform other high pressure pumping job.

The
high pressure twin pump unit consist of two caterpillar deck engines,
transmissions allisson, gear reducers and cement pumps. The mixing
system consist of a power take-off which drives (3) centrifugal
pumps: mixing, recirculating, and booster pump. a 30 bbls measuring
tanks, recirculating mixing system with 8 bbls mixing tub, high
pressure and low pressure slurry mixing. The high pressure cement
pumps are horizontal triplex single acting plunger (6"x41/2")and
consist of a fluid power end. Compactness, light weight, high
efficiency and easy maintenance. All controls are mechanically
and pneumatically powered, and basically centralized at the consol
A micro motion to record the slurry weight, the rate, and the
pressure. A computer to set the different weight of the slurry
design, the mixing rate. The pump unit has the following safety
: engine over speed shutdown chalwyn valves, spark arrestors,
emergency shut down controls, high temperature engine cutout and
over pressure shut down.
