MORAIK
have performed the different kinds of Coiled Tubing & Nitrogen
Services successfully at a progressive achievement. Initially
we started with only the basic package contents and a 1”
tubing reel. At present we own more than four units (of 1 ¼”
size and 1 ½” size) and work reels of different size
and still some more are to be added, Trailer mounted for desert
operations as well as portable skids for offshore operations in
addition to a wide variety of tubing attachments to cover the
different applications. Recently installed Orion Data Acquisition
System on our 1 ½” Coiled Tubing unit, Cerberus modeling
and Engineering programs proves to be a support to our operations
and to satisfy customer requirements.
We
have set up a suitable base to carry out all Preventive Maintenance
and Equipment repairs and for reel spooling. Also we have two
90 K Nitrogen converters and four tanks for 2,000 gals of LN2
capacity with all necessary connections and hoses.
