Data Acquisition System -MORAIK DAS << Back to Service

 

Moraik DAS - Data Acquisition System is an advanced monitor data instrument that displays cementing, acidizing, fracturing and coil tubing job parameters in real time. The monitor is a portable system for onshore or offshore usage, where accurate monitoring is required for job analysis.

In addition all Moraik equipments such pumping unit and coil tubing are equipped with a separate built in data acquisition

The microprocessor will precisely compile, display and record automatically such parameters as:

  • Pressure
  • Temperature
  • Pumping Rate
  • Mixing Rate
  • Total bbls pumped
  • Density


As for Coiled Tubing jobs it displays:

  • Tubing direction (in/Out)
  • Tubing fatigue
  • Tubing speed rate
  • Tubing ovality
  • Tubing depth
  • Tubing weight

Data will be produced at the job on hard copy or floppy disk for review and post-job analysis, as the system can be used in combination with an auxiliary personal computer .
