Moraik
Nitrogen Unit pumps and vaporizes liquid nitrogen at rates up
to 180,000 SCFH at pressures up to 10,000 psi. The gas is delivered
at 90-120°F. at all flow rates and under any climatic condition
or temperature.
WASTE-HEAT
RECOVERY SYSTEM
All
the heat required for vaporization is supplied by the engine coolant
and exhaust waste heat. The system automatically balances engine
heat generated with the nitrogen- flow rate under all operating
flow rates and pressure and keeps the LN2 discharge temperature
to a nearly constant 90-120°F. A tempering valve is provided
to bypass LN2 to cool the discharge gas if necessary .The unit
does not rely on ambient air for vaporization and therefore performs
flawlessly at cold temperatures without the danger of icing up.
The
Cryogenic pumps are reliable hydraulically driven pumps, capable
of vapourising nitrogen at high temperature and pressure. All
of our units are designed to comply with the safety standards
of the onshore, offshore industry.
